To Be Wed

To Be Wed are a Scottish Bridal Boutique chain that offers a wide range of dresses and gowns for bridal parties and events.

They required a website that would give them an online home for their brand and showcase their range of bridal gowns and accessories.

The website was designed to be visually appealing to brides and bridesmaids. We created an Our Events page, with all the events laid out in a poster format, which allows customers to see all the events that To Be Wed are attending in the near future.

To Be Wed

The website makes use of captivating imagery that present the great selection of dress designers that To Be Wed provide. The Contact Our Stores page has a breakdown of all the stores, so that the customer can book an appointment with a store that is near them or stocks the desired dress.

To Be Wed

The design of the website was carried out in two main stages. First of all, we created the wireframe sketches, which shows the navigation and content that appears on each page.

The second stage was creating the mockup, which shows the final imagery, colours and fonts. The website was designed with various shades of pink, decorative fonts, captivating imagery and subtle animations to appeal to the bridal target audience.

The designs were showcased on our design sharing software, which allowed the client to be involved in the design process and provide feedback whenever they wanted to.

To Be Wed

We developed the website so it is optimised for all device types, meaning the user has a great experience on mobile, tablet and desktop. The website also makes use of an SSL security padlock, meaning it is safe and users can trust in the security of the website.

The website was developed with an admin area, which means the client can maintain the content after launch, which keeps the content fresh and inviting for new customers.

To Be Wed

After the launch of the website, we created an analytics dashboard so that the performance of the website could be monitored. To Be Wed have a better understanding of their customers and how they use the website, which means that they can make better-informed business decisions for their online strategy.
